Wholewheat pizza base
A quick and easy, super crispy, homemade pizza base. Makes1 large pizza or two medium pizzas. Toppings are up to you.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, knead by hand until it’s all combined and doesn’t stick to the sides of the bowl.
  3. Grease a large pan, and roll out the dough to desired shape. This recipe is best for a thin, crispy pizza base, so try and roll it as thin as possible. You can decide to do one large pizza or two medium pizzas.
  4. Brush the top with a little olive oil, and bake for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, and add whatever toppings your heart desires. Click here for a yummy homemade pizza sauce. Ideas include roasted sweet peppers, caramelized onion, avo, bacon, ham, pineapple, banana…the list is endless! And don’t forget the cheese!
  6. Bake for another 10 minutes or so, until browned and cheese is bubbling.
  7. Cool slightly before cutting, and enjoy!
