Roasted Radishes
Roasting a radish mellows its peppery taste, making it sweeter, and oh-so-yum! Use this recipe as your starting point and add herbs of your choice, or lemon juice, if you like.
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  2. Trim the tops and bottoms off the radishes, and cut in half. Place in a roasting pan, drizzle with olive oil, season well and shake to coat.
  3. Pop into a hot oven for 10-12 minutes, or until soft. Enjoy!
