Beetroot crisps
Beetroot got you baffled? We've got you covered with this simple, tasty recipe celebrating this sweet and humble veg.
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Wash and dry the beetroot, and cut into 1cm thick slices.
  3. Place beetroot in a single layer on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper - make sure each slice is coated well.
  4. Bake in the oven for 10-20 minutes. Keep an eye on them so they don't burn, and cook until you're happy with the texture. We like them super crunchy, so we leave them in as long as possible.
  5. Serve with soft goats cheese of feta, if you like!
