Who doesn't love camembert, and when it's baked in a crispy, golden parcel with a yummy chutney - yes please!

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
  2. Melt the butter in the microwave, or in a pot.
  3. Roll out the sheets of phyllo, and brush the first one with melted butter. Double it over and brush with butter again.
  4. Cut the camembert in half, and place one half in the middle of the brushed sheet of phyllo. Top with the chutney.
  5. Create a parcel and seal the cheese in the phyllo (bring the pastry up and around and scrunch on the top). Brush with butter.
  6. Repeat with the other sheet of phyllo and camembert half.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the pastry is golden.
